Yes. When you sign up for recurring service, a dedicated cleaner is assigned to your home. That person is the one who shows up every visit. If they are sick or on vacation, we send a trained backup — but we tell you first, not surprise you.
How is pricing calculated?+
Flat rate based on home size (bedrooms + bathrooms) and frequency (weekly is cheaper per visit than monthly). Shown on the booking page before you confirm. No hourly billing, no trip charges, no extra fees for standard items.
What is included in a standard clean?+
Kitchen (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, floor). Bathrooms (tub, toilet, sink, mirror, floor). Common areas (dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, empty trash). Bedrooms (make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum floor). Standard 2-3 hours for typical homes.
What is a deep clean vs a standard clean?+
A standard recurring clean maintains an already-clean home. A deep clean (usually the first visit or after a long gap) covers everything in standard plus baseboards, inside oven/microwave/fridge on request, window sills, blinds, wall spot-cleaning. Typically 4-6 hours, priced higher than standard.
Do you bring supplies?+
Yes. Eco-friendly cleaning products, microfibre cloths, mops, vacuum. If you prefer specific products for allergies or fragrance sensitivity, tell us during booking and the cleaner brings your preferred supplies.
How do I reschedule or cancel?+
Online in your account, up to 24 hours before the visit. No fees for 24+ hour reschedules. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) carry a partial fee so we can compensate the assigned cleaner.
What if I am not happy with the clean?+
Contact us within 24 hours. We send someone back within 48 hours to re-clean the affected area at no charge. No questions, no push-back.
